SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
BamiMart is proud to offer international shipping services. However, some locations are excluded from our shipping coverage. If your address falls under those exceptions, we will reach out to you directly.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
BamiMart is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order. However, if we make an error, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.

CUSTOMS
BamiMart is not liable for any customs fees incurred after items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. However, in some cases with free shipping, tracking may not be available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.”
For certain shipping companies, tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Due to logistical considerations, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped separately, even if you’ve requested combined shipping.
